Yayınladığında
Davetiyenin içeriği (isimler, tarih, mekan, metinler, eklediğin fotoğraflar ve müzik) ve davetlilerin katılım formuna yazdıkları sunucumuzda saklanır: . Davetiye, linki bilen herkes tarafından görülebilir; yanıtları yalnızca sen görürsün ve tek tek silebilirsin. Ödeme bilgilerin bizde değil, ödeme sağlayıcısı Polar'da tutulur.
Davetiyende anı albümü varsa, davetlilerin yüklediği fotoğraflar (ve isterlerse yazdıkları ad) Cloudflare R2'de, Avrupa Birliği'ndeki depoda saklanır. Fotoğraflar yüklenmeden önce telefonda küçültülür; konum gibi fotoğraf bilgileri bu sırada silinir. Albüm, davetiyeyi açan herkese görünür. Davetiye sahibi istemediği fotoğrafı silebilir; davetiye silindiğinde albümdeki bütün fotoğraflar da silinir.
Ödemeden sonra Polar'a verdiğin e-posta adresini davetiyenle birlikte saklarız. Yalnızca bu davetiyeyle ilgili e-postalar için kullanırız: davetiye ve düzenleme bağlantını içeren bir karşılama e-postası, yeni yanıt geldiğinde günde en fazla bir özet ve etkinlikten bir gün önce son özet. Her e-postadaki bağlantıyla ya da editörden özetleri kapatabilir, adresi değiştirebilirsin. Reklam ya da bülten göndermeyiz. Adres davetiyeyle birlikte silinir.
Kötüye kullanımı önlemek için (ör. formun arka arkaya doldurulması) IP adresinin geri çevrilemez bir özeti sayaç olarak en fazla 2 gün tutulur; IP adresin saklanmaz.
Ne kadar süre
Etkinlik tarihinden ay sonra davetiye, fotoğraflar ve yanıtlar silinir. Her durumda en geç yayından 18 ay sonra silinir (etkinlik daha uzaksa etkinlikten ay sonra). Daha önce silmek için bize yaz.
Üçüncü taraflar
- Polar — ödeme. Kart bilgilerin bize değil Polar'a gider.
- Resend — davetiye e-postalarının gönderimi (sunucu AB'de, İrlanda). Adresin ve e-postanın içeriği gönderim için oraya ulaşır.

In short: we keep only what is needed to show your invitation, we never sell it, and we use no advertising or tracking tools.
While you design
While you design, your invitation is stored only in your browser on your device; it is not sent to us. When you tap "Pay and publish", the invitation and its photos are uploaded to our server for checkout; if payment isn't completed, they are deleted after 14 days.
When you publish
Your invitation content (names, date, venue, texts, photos and music you add) and your guests' RSVP answers are stored on our server: . Anyone with the link can view the invitation; only you can see the responses, and you can delete them one by one. Your payment details are kept by our payment provider Polar, not by us.
If your invitation has a photo album, the photos your guests upload (and the name they choose to add) are stored in Cloudflare R2, in the European Union. Photos are resized on the phone before upload, which also removes details such as location. The album is visible to anyone who opens the invitation. The invitation owner can delete any photo, and all album photos are deleted together with the invitation.
After payment we keep the email address you gave Polar together with your invitation. We use it only for emails about this invitation: a welcome email with your invitation and edit links, at most one summary a day when new responses arrive, and a final summary the day before the event. You can turn the summaries off or change the address from the link in every email or in the editor. We never send ads or newsletters. The address is deleted together with the invitation.
To prevent abuse (e.g. a form being submitted over and over), a one-way hash of your IP address is kept as a counter for at most 2 days; your IP address itself is not stored.
How long
The invitation, photos and responses are deleted months after the event date, and in any case no later than 18 months after publishing (or months after the event, if the event is further away). Write to us to delete them earlier.
Third parties
- Polar — payments. Your card details go to Polar, not to us.
- Resend — sends the invitation emails (servers in the EU, Ireland). Your address and the email content reach them for delivery.
- Google Fonts — typefaces. Your IP address reaches Google when a page loads.
- Google Maps — venue map, loaded when the invitation shows a map.
- WhatsApp — if a guest chooses to send their reply via WhatsApp, it is sent from their own device.
Cookies
We use no tracking or advertising cookies. Browser storage is used only to keep your draft and preferences.
